Job Description

This position will provide internal reporting and fiscal monitoring on financial data from service providers; compile utilization statistics; prepare and review monthly expenditure reports; process contractor requests for reimbursement; and, conduct quality reviews. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of client-level data and billing materials into appropriate information platform(s); screening for eligibility under the specific funding stream; and validating service eligibility for reimbursement. The BC is responsible for monthly monitoring and reconciliation, and quarterly fiscal reviews with each of its subcontractors to ensure funds are expended in a timely and efficient manner; to discuss programmatic and fiscal responsibilities; to review funding expended and unexpended; and to assess the agency’s ability to expend the remaining funding consistent with contractual requirements. On a quarterly basis, the Project Director and BC will conduct a site visit to discuss program expenditures, compliance, budgetary increases and/or potential redistribution of unexpended funds. This position will be funded through HRSA Ryan White Grants.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have post-secondary education, which includes record keeping, accounting/bookkeeping and use office equipment. One to two years of previous business coordination experience required.  Knowledge of ICD-9/CPT coding procedures; health care claims procedures.  Experience with OnBase and Write Fax is preferred.
